Dear Alumnae Panhellenic of Tallahassee members and community,

After our May meeting, the membership voted and approved via email a revised set of bylaws that sets forth a structure for our organization consistent with NPC policy guidelines. We will have one voting delegate per NPC member organization, and the option for one non-voting alternate delegate (which is recommended). All local chapters of NPC organizations should identify their delegate and alternate delegates as soon as possible. The selected delegates should submit their contact information to Alumnae Panhellenic of Tallahassee as soon as possible by emailing Anna Drake, APT Secretary.  If your organization does not have a local alumnae chapter and you would like to serve as a voice for your organization in our group, please identify yourself to Anna as the local contact and delegate. We would like to complete our list of delegates by the end of June, so please do not delay in submitting this information as soon as possible.

Alumnae Panhellenic of Tallahassee, Inc. has been through some growing pains since the pandemic, as have many other organizations. Let’s take the summer to reorganize and regroup. We will not meet in June but will come together for an in-person strategic planning session on Thursday, July 11 at Congregation Shomrei Torah. This will be the first official meeting of the 2024-25 fiscal year for the delegates and alternates.

I look forward to serving with you as we embark on this journey to rejuvenate Alumnae Panhellenic of Tallahassee.

Yours in Panhellenic,

Dalisha Herring

President
